Overcast but nice riding all day. I was expecting bad weather, but the forecast moved that a day further away. As a result, I took the indirect route and looked around the place a little.
The day was spent riding through rural areas not far from the Baltic Sea. I left the island of Zealand, rode across Faster and on to Lolland.
It was nice but just a little ho-hum.
The campground in Guldborg was nice. You could order bread or croissants to be delivered to the reception in the morning. They had some great facilities too, but after getting everything ready to cook my dinner, I found that their stoves were out of gas. I’ve never seen that before. So I sat outside and cooked with my own stove – I got a lot of weird looks but nobody had the audacity to suggest to use the kitchen.
