Murray Bridge seems to be expanding, so it took quite a while to get out of town and onto some very quiet roads. I’d planned on grabbing some lunch at a cafe just past Wellington, but realised before I’d gone too far, that it wasn’t open today. So, I rerouted to Tailem Bend and had an early lunch. Then it was down the Prince’s Hwy which was as boring as it gets. I went past another Pink Lake. Hi Hum, even Snowtown has one.

The light drizzle started 15kms out as it often does, so I was pleased to book a motel in Meningie.

May 12 to Meningie
I had a damp start today. Luckily I camped near the camp kitchen and sat in there and stayed dry while I had my breakfast. I met a couple from Brisbane (Lyle and Trish ?) Who were trying van life on holiday.
