The objective here on Ko Samet was to relax and take it easy for a couple of days. There was no riding to be done, as my bike is on the mainland, and the beaches are just over the road from the hotel.
In some ways, I chose the wrong time to get here, as it was a long weekend. However, it was nice to see so many people out and about taking it easy. The beach, bars and restaurants were very busy on Sunday night, but by Monday afternoon, most of the people had left, and Monday evening was a completely different beast.
I’m catching up on sleep, reading, this blog and copying everything over to crazyguyonabike.com which is quite a task.
